Join The Community

Daily lessons

Each day, Monday to Thursday one new lesson is released helping you explore and implement the topic of the week. Each week there’s a mini-adventure to embark on that is related to the 4 areas of life that we refer to as: Health. Work. Relationships and Free time.

Weekly LIVE calls

The daily lessons culminate in a weekly LIVE video call on Thursdays offering support, coaching and answers concerning the theme of the week (or whatever else that is on your mind). The calls happen every Thursday at 9am PST | 12pm EST | 5pm UTC | 6pm CET | 8pm Dubai (GST). (no recordings will be made available, in order to make it a incredibly safe space, and if you can’t make it to one call you can get on any of the other 3 calls that month!)

Quarterly workshops

Each quarter we’ll host a new workshop going much deeper into the concept of how to live life with more ease, peace and flow without having to leave your comfort zone! Examples of themes for the workshop are:

  • Motivation on speed dial

  • Stress management

  • Patience and presence

  • Live life on purpose

  • … and much more

Replays will be made available for community members.
